Orders
How do I place an order?
Select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping cart, and follow the steps to check out.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
I gave you the wrong address, can I change it?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We can adjust the address as long as the order has not yet been processed.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
We are temporarily offering free shipping on all our products.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders to Belgium are delivered within 2-3 days. This excludes weekends and processing times.
Returns
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@lunspets.com to request a return label.
What should I do if I have received a defective item?
Contact our customer service and describe the issue. We will review your report as soon as possible and contact you to resolve the problem.
